• We accept payments using Verified* PayPal accounts or 
• coming soon - Direct deposit bank transfer for processing international internet orders.

Paypal Payment International Shipping Information.

• We can accept PalPal payments made from a verified* Paypal account.
• Please fill out the order form and select INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.
• Your order will show TBD in the shipping cost on the order confirmation
• Select PayPal as the payment  method.
• If you are planning to use PayPal for a purchase and would like an international shipping quote prior to placing your order, please email us with the items you are interested in and we will gladly email the quote to you with a link so that you can include the shipping cost on your order total.  If we have provided you with a shipping cost link, prior to placing your order, please disregard the TBD on the order form.
• If you need to make payment for international shipping,  we will send you an email with the shipping quote and a special link to make payment using our secure order form, or you can make payment using your verified PayPal account   gallery@crystal-fox.com
• In the event you do not accept the international shipping charge, please let us know  and we will promptly refund your original paypal payment on this order.

Direct Bank Deposit Transfers (Payments) - COMING SOON

• We ask that you please contact us via email and obtain an international shipping charge quote prior to placing your order if you plan on using the Direct Bank Deposit Transfer method of payment to simplify and expedite the order process for you.
• We will then send you a special international shipping link which you will add to your order form so that the shipping cost will be included in the total on your internet order form.
• Please select International shipping on the internet order form.
• Your order form will still show TBD in the shipping cost field on the order form so please disregard this if you have included shipping by using the special international shipping link we had provided in the email we sent to you.
• Please select  Bank Transfer as the form of payment on the order form.
• Your tranfer of funds to our bank acount should be the total USD amount listed on your order form which should include all merchandise and the shipping cost. We need your bank deposit transfer to be in the form of US dollar currency.
• Once we receive your order, we will send an email with all the necessary bank information

• Depending on where we are shipping your package, it could take 6-10 days or more for the package to be received, depending on the time it takes to clear customs
• PLEASE NOTE: Import duties, taxes and related charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges and are the buyer's responsibility.  Please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

• All items are carefully examined prior to packing.
• They are then packed  with quality cushion material to protect the item or items being shipped.
• In the event that your package is received damaged, please contact us immediately so we can file an insurance claim
• Please save all the boxes, outside and inside boxes, and all packaging for inspection by the shipper.
• Without having all the packaging, we are unable to prove adequate packing of the item and therefore unable to get reimbursed by the shipper.
• You will have the option of obtaining a refund or having us reship the item to you once we have had the damaged item inspected along with all the packaging materials
